What a week of learning and play at Hill End Public School. School days have been packed with lessons and activities all relating to our amazing topic for the term of weather and climate.
We’ve been learning about the atmosphere, tornadoes and three warning signs of storms, air pressure and reading and recording temperature. For STEM studies the children have started designing a model of a tornado proof house, and for Ready Set Write the
children have let their imaginations fly with some exciting stories about a storm! We’ve read books about snow and even created some cool artworks all about the weather.
