Community involvement
Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community.
At Hill End Public School, our educational program is built on a strong three-way partnership between the school, families, and students. We believe that fostering open communication and collaboration among these key stakeholders is essential to supporting each child’s learning and wellbeing. This partnership is enhanced through regular three-way meetings, where teachers, students, and families come together to discuss academic progress, identify individual learning needs, and set personalised goals.
These meetings provide a valuable opportunity to celebrate achievements and address both academic and social-emotional areas, ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive. By working closely together, we create a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers students to reach their full potential.
In addition, parents, carers and community members can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&F) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.
Parents and Friends Association (P&F)
Our P&F is a group of parents, carers and school community members. They assist with school planning, fundraising, events and volunteering. Our P&F works in partnership with our school to promote the interests of our school community.
Joining the P&F a great way to meet other families, get involved and contribute to our school's future. We would love to have you on board!
