At the end of term we travelled to compete in the Mudgee Small Schools Eisteddfod.
It was an exciting day with a great crowd and students from seven schools performing
items in the old town hall.
Hill End students performed two verse speaking items, a short play and two musical items.
For their efforts the children were awarded first place in verse speaking,
third place in music and a highly commended award in drama.
Congratulations to all of the students and a huge thank you to Mrs Smyth for her time and effort in preparing the children for their performances.
